PHydrate co has multiple warehouses in various different countries, aiming to ship from warehouse closest to the country of order.

-We do not ship to North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Iran.

Processing time for each order is roughly 4 business days. Items usually arrive between 20-30 business days. In rare cases it can take up to 40 business days for items to arrive. If you are waiting longer than 30 business days, please email us at and we will have it resolved for you.
